Please download one of the files below to your Desktop.  To begin a remote session, double-click on the "TeamViewerQS" file.  Please contact a technician before attempting to initiate a remote session.  You will be asked for your Session ID and password.

NOTES: These programs will allow one of our support technician's to remotely control your computer in order to assist you.  The program is a stand-alone application and will not install itself, or anything else, onto your computer.  The session has to be initiated by you and can never be initiated by us, or anyone else.  Once the session has been terminated, the program will automatically remove itself from memory.
